Set up Drafteo in ten minutes
Eight short steps from an empty workspace to one your whole team runs on. Do them in order, or skip to the ones you need.
Create your workspace
Sign up with an email and a password. No card. You land on a screen asking which apps you want; pick the ones you'll use, or all of them. You can change this any time under Settings → Apps.
About a minute
Bring your work in
Make a task list and add what's on your plate this week. Write your first note. If you're coming from Notion or Miro, import from there instead of starting again.
Tasks · Notes · Boards
Put your week on the calendar
Add the meetings you already have. Tasks with a due date show up on it by themselves. Turn on appointment reminders if you meet customers.
Calendar · Settings → Appointment reminders
Add your contacts
Import a spreadsheet of your contacts, however long. Drag the ones you're working into a pipeline stage, and add a follow-up to anyone you need to call back.
Contacts · CRM
Connect your numbers
Under Connections, sign in to the services you use: ads, analytics, your bank, your email and text providers. Then add widgets to Home so the figures you watch are the first thing you see.
Settings → Connections · Home
Invite your team
Add people under Settings → Members. A new teammate starts with nothing; give them the task lists, pipelines and dashboards they need, one at a time.
Settings → Members · Access by person
Let people reach you
Make a booking page so people can pick a time, a form for your website so enquiries become contacts, and a link page for your social profiles.

Connect your AI assistant
Under Settings → AI assistants, connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok. Then just ask it: “what's on tomorrow?”, “add a task to call the bank on Friday”.
