Every list in one view, as a table or a board. Due dates, owners, priorities, pinned tasks, repeating tasks and a priority matrix.

Every list in one view, as a table or a board. Due dates, owners, priorities, pinned tasks, repeating tasks and a priority matrix.
Draw how it actually works: flowcharts and diagrams with steps, decisions and arrows, exported as an image or shared by link.
Day, week, month or year, shared or personal, with your tasks on it and reminders by email and text.
Notes and notebooks with headings, checklists and pages inside pages. Kept in folders, with history you can roll back.
The few things you want to do every week, ticked off in one tap and shown on your home page.
A table that knows what it holds: dates, people, choices, numbers and totals. Filter it, sort it, or bring one in from a spreadsheet.
Keep one client's notes, boards and tables together, and share the whole folder with a colleague in one go.
The people you sell to live next to the work you do for them. No export, no sync, no second login.
Drag a contact from stage to stage. Notes, follow-ups and linked documents stay on the contact, and follow-ups show up in your tasks and calendar.
Import a spreadsheet of thousands or millions, search it instantly, tag it, and clear out duplicates in one pass.
contacts in one list is what it is sized for, searched as you type
Email and text a slice of your contacts a few at a time. A safety scanner watches opt-outs and spam reports, and pauses the campaign before it hurts your sender name.
A confirmation when it is booked, then a reminder the day before and an hour before, by email and by text.
Three public pages with your logo and colours. Whoever uses one lands in your contacts, your pipeline and your calendar without you typing a thing.
Send one link and people pick a time that is actually free on your calendar. They get a confirmation, reminders, and a way to move or cancel it.
Questions, dates, amounts, tick boxes and file uploads on a page you can share or put on your website. Answers can become contacts in the pipeline stage you choose, or just be collected: an enquiry form, an expense claim, a request.
One address for your photo, links, videos and social accounts. Put it in a bio or on a card, as a link or a QR code, and see what gets pressed.
Connect the services you already use and put their figures side by side with your own tasks and leads. One tab per subject: marketing, finance, sales, or whatever you watch.
Sign in to a service once and its figures, messages or documents are part of your workspace.

MiroSSpreadsheets (CSV)Connect Drafteo once and your assistant can read and write your notes, tasks, boards, habits, calendar and contacts: look somebody up, add a note after a call, set a follow-up, move them along the pipeline. It acts as you, so it only ever reaches what you can reach.
One signature layout for the whole team, with photo, logo and a button, pasted into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.
Put a link on a poster or a newsletter and see who followed it, on what, and from where.
Team chat, open or private, next to the work it is about.
One box that looks inside notes, tasks, boards and tables, not just at their names.
Roll a document back, or restore something deleted by mistake.
The same workspace in a phone browser, with a morning brief by email if you want one.
Thirty days free to decide, and we do not ask for a card to start. If it is not for you, do nothing and it simply stops.
Or $250 a year, which is two months free. Cancel whenever you like.

No. You give an email address and a password, and that is it. There is nothing to cancel. If you do nothing at the end of the thirty days, the workspace simply locks and you are never charged.
The workspace stops opening until somebody pays. Nothing is deleted. Every board, note, list and message stays exactly where it was, and it all comes back the moment the subscription starts.
Yes. $25 a month each, or $250 a year each, which is two months free. Everyone can pay for themselves, or one person can pay for the team from the workspace settings.
You keep your account and everything in it. You are asked for a card to carry on, and nothing is deleted while you decide.
Within the first thirty days, yes. The unused part goes back to your card. After that the year runs to its end and does not renew if you cancel.
Yes. Boards export as images or as data, and any document can be printed. Nothing you make here is trapped here.
Only the people you share them with. Documents do not cross workspace lines, sharing is per-document rather than all-or-nothing, and a public link only exists if you deliberately make one.
It is built and it is not open to everyone yet. Google has to review an app before it can connect to anybody's calendar, and ours is in that queue. Until it clears, Drafteo's own calendars work exactly as described above and every task with a date is already on them.
Yes, and only about things you asked for. A task due today is a nudge on the morning it is due, and an event reminds you the number of minutes beforehand that you chose. There is also a short brief at six each morning in your own timezone with what is on and what is late, and a note on the first of the month about what you got done. Those last two can be switched off from a link at the foot of either one.
From Notion: export your workspace as Markdown & CSV and drop the .zip in. Databases arrive as tables with their column types worked out from the data, pages arrive as notes with their headings, lists and links intact. No integration to authorise and no token to paste. It works even for an account you have already cancelled.
Boards can also be imported from Miro, and a .zip of a site can be dropped in to get a map of it. Notes paste in from Notion or Apple Notes directly.
Thirty days, everything included, no card. Set it up in about a minute.
